These are companies where MVS has gone beyond delivery — where we've embedded teams, taken equity, and shipped products that stay on the journey.
These companies represent long-term technical partnerships where engineering becomes embedded into the operational and strategic fabric of the business itself.

Fledge Health is a digital mental wellness and social-emotional learning platform built for children from preschool through Grade 6. Founded by Jenna Galloway, the platform helps young learners build emotional resilience, self-regulation, and healthy social skills through gamified activities, mindfulness exercises, and evidence-based mental health practices. Used by parents, teachers, schools, and youth organizations, Fledge Health provides a proactive approach to pediatric mental health, ensuring children have the tools to navigate their emotional development in a digital-first world.

My Normative is closing one of the most consequential gaps in modern healthcare: the absence of female-specific data in clinical research. Founded by Danika Kelly and Renee Kokts-Porietis, the platform enables researchers, healthcare systems, universities, and pharmaceutical teams to conduct sex- and gender-informed studies by integrating female-specific metrics — including menstrual cycle data, hormonal cycles, and physiological context — that traditional research has historically overlooked. A participant-friendly mobile app allows remote, decentralized data collection, while researchers gain access to structured insights and advanced analytics.

Pedesting is an accessible urban navigation and wayfinding platform. Founded by Nabeel Ramji and Erin Shilliday, the platform delivers accessible pedestrian routing through outdoor city streets and indoor spaces alike — available on iOS and Android. Where traditional mapping platforms collect data from cars, Pedesting draws from buildings, blueprints, crowd-sourced experience, and the lived expertise of people with mobility differences, helping wheelchair users, parents with strollers, and anyone for whom the shortest route has never meant the most accessible one. Used by municipalities, universities, property owners, and businesses, the platform provides real-time barrier-free routing, accessibility analytics, and digital wayfinding tools for more inclusive urban environments. In addition, the platform is continuously evolving to expand its smart city capabilities by improving indoor and outdoor navigation experiences, integrating accessibility analytics, and enabling more connected digital environments for communities, businesses, and public infrastructure across urban spaces.

IronHub is rebuilding the economics of surplus equipment in the energy industry. Founded by Taylor Assaly, the platform combines a web-based asset-tracking system, a mobile field-cataloguing app, and a global marketplace, enabling energy, oil and gas, and industrial companies to see what surplus they own, redeploy what's still useful, and monetize the rest. Today, the platform manages over a billion dollars in surplus inventory daily for some of North America's largest energy companies, turning a historically dormant cost line into recoverable capital and a measurable ESG advantage. AI-powered tools for equipment recognition and automated classification are further streamlining how inventory is catalogued and listed.
